Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Cedar Innovatives website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Services Cedar Innovatives provides custom signage, branding, corporate gifting, printing services, and academic coaching through Cedar Coaching Center. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Quotations & Orders All quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as agreed. Cedar Innovatives reserves the right to revise pricing based on material or scope changes.

4. Payments Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque. GST will be applicable as per prevailing rates. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Turnaround & Delivery Timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Cedar Innovatives will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including material shortages or courier delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, advance payments are non-refundable. Custom-fabricated items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, content, and materials created by Cedar Innovatives remain the intellectual property of Cedar Innovatives until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability Cedar Innovatives shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
